HP Office Pro 8725 Printhead Error 0xc19a0036

This is the owner of the company wife's home machine. I have been asked to look into the problem. That really means I need to fix it.
I have little or no experience with these inkjet machines.

The machine say there is no print head or it has been install incorrectly. It gives a code of 0xc19a0036. I have reinserted the print several times with no change of state. I do not have another print head.

Any suggestions would appreciated.

It will need a new printhead, however, you have to ask if it's really worth it.
