Definitely Konica Minolta. Maybe C360, maybe 4e series. If you look at the serial # tag on the belt unit the first four digits should represent the model number. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As Cat said, definitely KonicaMinolta but likely for the older color series such as the BH-C-253/353 since it has the large metal tab at the left to hold it when installing.

Since it has a large vertical metal handle on the left side it must be for a BH-C-253/353.
BH-C-280/360 has a very small black plastic there and the BH-C-284/364(e) again a metal handle but with a horizontal orientation.
Personally I find it a good idea to remove that (those) picker finger(s). Sometimes they love to dig in the transfer belt. Seemingly preferable in NEW transfer belts......

Thanks for the pictures Hans.
Side question - anyone happen to knows if transfer belt unit for BH-C-284/364(e) can be used in place of BH-C-280/360 ?
I mean only belt itself is probably the same but I don't want to disassemble new unit I have.

tsbservice, the after market belts I have are different. The C280/360 series have a small rubber trail on each edge. The C284/364(e) are completely without and flat. Both do not fit the old C253/353.
Cleaning blades are the same through all 253/353/280/360/284/364(e) series.
