Um...ok...first of all, 4250 fusers don't use fuser oil. They use a grease, but it needs to be one that can handle high heat and is not petroleum based.

I would recommend that you just buy a high quality rebuilt one or a new one.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

        No, listen.

There is no fuser oil. They stopped using that stuff on most machines many years ago. For HP fixing films they need light lubrication inside the fixing film on the heater surface. The most commonly used grease is Molycote HP-500 high temperature grease. Just Google "Molycote HP-500". It's available from almost anybody that sells HP parts.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You know, it occurs to me that I don't have any idea what symptoms are present. Why do you think you need fuser oil? If you explained it above, can you re-phrase?

I assumed he was referring to the sleeve not rotating caused by grease breakdown, but if you have no idea that this fuser doesn't use oil, you have no business trying to rebuild it. That's my 2 cents, but then if he screws it up, someone else will make the money trying to fix it and the customer won't use him again (if he's a tech).

                Prntrfxr is right.
Do not try to fix the fuser. Replace the fuser.
If the printer has not been service before order a maintenance kit Q5421A and do it right the first time.
This will allow you to also check the swing plate gear for wear.
