HP Laserjet 4345MFP misfeed ADF

Hi,

i've got a problem with the adf, paperpickup is allright but when the paper get's on the glass plate, the paper goes straight on the glass plate, instead into the adf...

does anyone recognize this problem?

sometimes when replacing the mylar on under the ADF it causes to jam and prevent it from coming back up. might want to check that section.

for the tip, I ordered the mylar and gonna replace it.
