Lexmark MX710CE printing magenta across entire page?

Lexmark MX710CE printing magenta across entire page?
I have a Lexmark MX710CE printing magenta across entire page. Black prints are fine. But when printing color the whole page edge-to-edge is solid magenta. Replaced the imaging unit per Lexmark service but no change. Don't know where to look next?

is there a separate development unit in this machine? sounds like a failed developer or even a bad ITB belt

Separate drums and charge unit for each color. Already replaced them. B&W mode is fine. Color mode, doesn't matter if there's color on the print or not. Comes out solid magenta. See samples attached.Black mode.jpgColor mode.jpg

that's because in color mode ( even if no color on page) the color components are put into play... you might have a grounding issue... but it looks like a DEVELOPER unit issue.. not charge
Re: Lexmark MX710CE printing magenta across entire page?
Yes, you're experiencing charge loss at one of the color units or HVT. I would try swapping around the photoconductors to see if you can get the background color to change. If it doesn't change that points toward the HVT (probably on the power supply). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
