I have a white void (see pic)void.jpg in the same area, but only in black. All 3 colors are fine. I've replaced the black developer unit, the entire image carousel, and took out print head assembly to clean mirrors and slit glasses. Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions?

Re: Lexmark Cs-410 White Void
The variation in density implies a charge related issue. How about the black drum unit?
=^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Lexmark Cs-410 White Void
Are OEM supplies being used?
It will either be the Black Developer (70C0D10) or the Photoconductor Kit (70C0P00). I can't see it being the Imaging Unit (ITB) since it is only Black that is showing the defect.Comment

Re: Lexmark Cs-410 White Void
First easy thing to do is to wipe the glass! The area is large though and leans towards material breakdown or contamination. Not just some splatter of toner on the glass.I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.Comment
