There is a regular gray mark appearing regularly on the page about every 3 and a half inches. Sounds like the circumference of a roller. Which one is that size in circumference?

Probably Fuser Roller
Here's my formula:
Circumference/PI=diameter
3.5/3.14159265 = 1.1140846"
It could be a drum or a fuser roller, but probably fuser. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Transfer Roller Part#: 99A0179 or 99A1015
The Primary Charge Roller is part of the laser cartridge.
Neither one of those rollers is 1 1/8" in diameter though. Not even close. Cleaning will certainly do no harm, though. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Then in the case of one of them, changing the toner cartridge would eliminate the problem. If that doesn't cure it then it at least narrows down the field. Thanks. I think that will help me a lot.Comment

OOPs, no, I miss read your post. You said the Laser Cartridge, not the Toner cartridge. As Gilda used to say......Nevermind...........Comment

Sorry, for me laser cartridge = toner cartidge. Yes, that would rule out out the primary charge roller. If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Great. Because I purchased up a repair kit that has the transfer roller in it...hasn't gotten here yet....and I have several new toner cartridges so as soon as the transfer roller gets here I should be able to test BOTH of them for the problem. And probably cure it.
Thanks for all the help. I will report back as soon as its fixed as to what the problem was.Comment

A new toner cartridge solved the problem.
Now, anyone know where I can download a manual for the Optra T610? I need the information on what the various menus do etc.Comment

Thanks to everyone. I got the Manual, and the printer was fixed by the replacement of the toner cartridge. Nothing else needed.
Thanks again.Comment
