Can't help you unless you tell us what the actual jam code is. Not the letter. The Jam number, Jxxx where xxx is the jam number. That number tells us wat sendor detected the jam and if it is a lead edge or trail edge jam.

If you had checked the jam codes when you went first time you would have seen they don't relate to the pick up.

What is the PM life of the fuser sleeve?
