    Parts manuals for HP

    Hi all
I'm looking for parts manuals for :

    1. HP 5100 printer (Require fuser part no.)

    2. M3027-3035 MFD (Require ADF feed roller assy part no.)

We don't service HP products as a general rule but these customers like us so much they insist on our service.

I tried this site but it doesn't show any preview of the machine make and model.
I can't tell for sure which machine service/parts manual I'm downloading until I see a preview of the front cover, or at least an image of the machine relating to the manual.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yer Paul might be hissed :P

Your conviction restores my faith in the human race BC. It's a blessing to see some people are still service-to-others and not caught up in the me-first-generation of service-to-self world we live in today.

I have the manuals coming from a HP service company. Thanks all the same guys....

          Thanks BC....

The HP Parts website is pretty reliable when it comes to finding part numbers. Every once in a while the webpage will bug-out on me, but it's still handy.

            HP PartSurfer

They even include some exploded-diagrams to help determine which part you are looking at.
