    KM-1650 Laser Unit needed

I'm shopping for a laser unit (302C993092) for a KM1650 (same as CS or KM1635, 1650, 2050). More specifically it's the polygon mirror motor that I need.

Do you mind checking your graveyard? US respondents please.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

if you only need the polygonal motor it should be the same as other copier brands

Do you need the laser unit because you have a error code?
Its possible to recover them with cleaning and oil....

                    A bit of topic.
I think he(BC) knows ALL things inside book and outside, all tricks, tips and workarounds, also a lot of MacGyver thinking. My guess is he is near Copier God than anyone around.
The bottom point is...just Laser Unit.

It's loud enough now that the cats scatter when I send prints (preferably less than 10 to avoid the lightening bolt patterns). =^..^=

Is it the "winding down" noise after a copy? I'm surprised you can't lube it. Granted when I did it was much younger than yours but the polygon assy quieted right down.
