    Miss feed detected on Konica Minolta C360

    alternatively getting Miss feed detected message while scanning from ADF (Konica Minolta C360)

    I didn't find out any miss feed, after restarting machine, it will work for while & again getting the same message

      Sounds like one of the sensors is either dirty or lever getting hung up. Did you open the spring loaded door on left underside of ADF and blow paper dust off black felt pad & sensor? When this felt pad has paper dust on it I have seen it cause intermittent jams and other strange things.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Oh, maybe you could print a Management List? Around page 13 you'll find a long list of every jam that ever happened.

                      The enduser screen is not of much use unless you turn on DIPSW 30-1 so the machine displays the actual jam code. It's call Collection Data mode.

                              Issue has been resolved

                              I just reinstalled the Feeder roller and cleaned the ADF by using blower

                              Now its working fine..

                                  And still not jam code? This is no use to anybody.

                                  Use the resources that are available to you. We all use jam code numbers to identify specific jams. You don't know if you were even in the right part of the machine. =^..^=
