I have replaced thermistor it worked for 1-2 months but the same code again . Is it PRCB or motherboard or can it be something else?

With that older model it could be pwr supply. Check for cold solder joints and re-solder.

How good is electrical where copier is & good ground? Is it on a good surge protector?

Maybe one of the lamps is blown or weak. Ohm lamps or just replace both of them they may be weak due to age. also look at the condition of fuser rollers

IS PRINTER PRCB FOR bizhub 420 suitable to biz 361?

PRCB is the same for 360, 361,420,500,421, 501
Beside what is already said before i would check fusing roller for damage and dirt build up on sensors.
Also reconnect sensors connectors, main connector on the fusing unit and on the machine.
I had this problem few times and solve with some of these simple steps.
