    [Error Code] Bizhup 223 C-2650

    Hello everyone
    I know it's old and should be replaced (try to tell the customer that lol)
    I have a C-2650 error. I have replaced the PRCB and updated the firmware without success. Next on the list is the eeprom but I can't find a part number for it. I'm not a KM dealer so I was hoping someone would be able to supply the part number.

      Did you pull eeprom off the original board and put on the new PRCB?

      Root Cause
      C2650 code at machine power up after replacing the PRCB.

      Workaround/Fix
      CAUSE: The IC51 EEPROM was not swapped from the original PRCB to the current PRCB.

      SOLUTION: Remove the IC51 EEPROM from the original PRCB and install the chip onto the current PRCB

      NOTE• When the printer control board(PRCB) has been replaced, be sureto remount EEPROM (IC51) [1].Remove EEPROM (IC51) [1] fromthe old printer control board andmount it on the new printer controlboard.NOTE• When mounting EEPROM (IC51),align the notches (indicated by “A”in the illustration).NOTE• When the printer control board is to be replaced, rewriting the firmware to the latest one.

          Error code c2650 before board change, c2650 after board change.

              The actual EEPROM doesn't show up in the parts catalog. That may be one of those items that is only available to be purchased once KM's technical support line staff have recommended it's replacement. There are some items only available that way.
              A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
              My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

                  I was hoping that if someone had previously replaced one they may still have the part number.

                      Eeprom can only be ordered through SSD . They don't just send them out because they don't want people resetting meters on machines
