C759 MFPB reset tool

Hello guys,
have a client that needs the MFPB board replacement, I have a low meter unit same model I'll be taking it from however Konica doesn't provide the reset tool for used boards any longer. I'd need to replace the working board from the good copier to the down machine but when it comes to a used board KM decided to remove the tool for independent distributors like me from their site. Does anyone have access to this tool that can provide it to me so I can get my client back up? Appreciate the help and thank you!

you get firmware and tools a lot quicker if you are a contributor

Thank you but I did get the TAR file already, it just doesn't work to reset the current board on my shop machine. New board ordered and probably that'll be the end of the error code which happens to not be on the service manual of the C759, unreal!

Out of curiosity what code?

It's a FD69 original code, and as a consequence of this code it's throwing a HDD DC30 but I won't find out if the HDD is damaged until I replace the new main board. Bummer as this copier has only been installed for 2 years and really low meter

if its 2 years old it is under warranty. board should be new and free.

Okay this means you need a new MFPB as you already figured.

That's correct, however a used board can be used after scrubbing it with the TAR file KM provides however it did not work this time. Needed this unit up and running today to avoid a loaner, passed that at this time. Thank you
