    [Misc] Bizhub C250i boot stuck at 25%

    Hi all,

    This device was stuck on the boot screen at 25%.

    I have read a few bulletins on this issue & it usually requires ether the storage or CPU boards replacing.

    In my case I updated the device with the latest firmware (G00-Q8) it updated fine but booted up with a completely white screen, it restarted again to a white screen after 3rd    1st.jpg

      You are lucky man to not replace anything yet. Never seen this particular situation before but those SSDs and CPUs are rather fragile or software/firmware depending. Fingers crossed 🍀🤞

          I asked one of my old tech buddies the other day if there was any update to this since I retired, doesn't look like it.
          Most of these CPU and SB issues were software related IMO, so if he got it back up and running he should have no issues going forward, especially if he gets up to current FW

              Few times I have had this it was the AA2JM72702 Storage Board

              Especially if it was previously running on the old style longer sized one

                  There is a diagnostic tool that Konica just update a couple weeks ago that can tell you which board is bad. see attached

                      Thanks for the updated bulletin, wasn't aware of any updates in this matter but luckily I had no case since at least 6 month.
