Why is the Whte plastic Fuser Drive gear is wearing on Bizhub C650??

The white plastic gear on our fuser drive unit wore out from a defective fuser unit, we think & caused it to lock up & strip the white # A00J235500, plastic gear. We replaced the fuser unit & the gear & about 10K copies later, the gear is showing signs of wear. Any ideas what could be causing this?? Thanks for any info.

look at the drive pack that runs the exit rollers. Sits above the fuser to the right.Take the cover off then remove the drive pack. Look at the shaft that the gear sits on make sure the bushing is not going bad. Replace the hole drive pack cost is like 35.00 for the hole thing I hope this helps
