If it is out network it stuck booting with only hp sign. If it is in network it stucks with 0112E9AA. Can anybody help? Thanks advanced!

Can you print directly from a laptop (not on the network)? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You might try an OOBE reset. Power off the printer. Hold the power button for 30 seconds, then press home, back, home, home. It's under the Reset Menu.

Power button light is on. But no funktion. I cann't switch off. On RJ45 no lights today.Comment

If you press and hold the power button, it doesn't eventually turn off?
It's sounding like you have to replace the main PCA.
Do you have the service manual?

Today I visit customer again:
- power cord is ok
- power button turns orange as long as held down
- on panel allways hp sign like picture - but 2 or 3 times it is blank after plugging power cord
- no beep after connecting power cord - neither long nor 3 short
- I don't see heartbeat LED - neither light nor flashing
- RJ45 without any light LEDComment

I'd say it needs a new main PCA.

If you can't get into the service mode, I don't think you will be able to flash the firmware. The instructions from the service manual are attached.

I think HP shut down their FTP, or it's restricted to some kind of invite system. I got the file though, I'll PM you a link.
