C258 another strange issue

Been getting a lot of weird issues lately. Customer sent me the attached pic. I loaded up the truck with drums, dev units, fuser & trans belt. When I show up next morning prints are perfect! As bad as the print was not sure how the machine could have corrected itself?
If these issues keep happening I'm going to hire a Priest to do exorcisms

What's wrong with people 😂 can't find a single customer to scan to pdf and attach proper samples instead all send cra. phone pictures and even with glasses I can't see them.
From mess pictures you've received it looks like they print with a lot of heavy coverage maybe on cardboards even without setting proper thick paper type and they had paper jammed then fuser is bad for a while until it clears itself... something like that.

ive seen similar when the plastic wrap is on a transparency and it wraps on the fuser and customer removes it after placing a call.

Agree, one of the hardest things is "interviewing" the customer trying to get to the truth. I know there has to be more to this story but I couldn't get them to fess up!

The pic was from phone, 1st one they sent was in a format that wouldn't even open and they had to convert to jpeg and that even sucked!

Bruh i just saw your post and the picture send by your customer.
Either that machine is acutally cursed (Does it Print out the Number 6 all over it by any chance?) or you've got one of these customers who missuse the printer in a unthinkable way and then report it as "just started to do this"

Unfortunately, nearly all the schools we have run construction paper. Not only does it eat up the machine, but it creates endless service calls because they can't grasp the concept of using a custom sized paper through the bypass. "It jams all the time". Yeah, because the 9x12 construction paper is detected as A4, which is going to cause jams. Use the programmed custom size paper button like you have been shown how to do 35 times already!

I've so very thankful that my wife takes on the job of homeschooling our children. I see every day just how "dumb" teachers are/can be, and it just amazes me that any of these kids know anything by the time they graduate.

I've so very thankful that my wife takes on the job of homeschooling our children. I see every day just how "dumb" teachers are/can be, and it just amazes me that any of these kids know anything by the time they graduate.

I think your wife is taking harder job so you have enough time to be knowledgeable and responsible service manager
Honestly I'm all in being in field all day long instead of doing sheet work.

Something just changes when you go from a small, rural school district to a big one.
My vote for worst goes to union teachers. They believe when they decorate the bizhub with a rainbow & call it by the right pronouns, it can actually be non-binary.
What's the saying? "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach."

As for liars (car sales), same as apartment mgm't co's. Strictly COD or we rent. Late or no pmt = pick up the machine.
