Getting color lines only while doing scan

Hi all,
I'm facing a problem in kyocera Mita task alfa 3212i machine
While doing scan to folder I'm getting a yellow or red or both line in image but not not in
Printout ,
It comes only while doing scanning and also not continuously
Eg: if we take 50 to 100 scanning, some 3 to 6 pages I'm getting lines

Look like slit glass to me. There wouldn't be any voids in the feed direction if it were image process.

You need the chart to recalibrate the scanner unit.

my money is on as mentioned above. clean the adf slit glass. i have seen it many times. even when customer says it does not appear on copies.

Probably either slit glass (clean it even if you don't see anything), or the white sheet above the slit glass has something on it.
