    • the phenomenon in which the value of a physical property lags behind changes in the effect causing it, as for instance when magnetic induction lags behind the magnetizing force.
Or optical sensors lag behind changes in light levels

They gave me a different part number to order. Apparently the turn around sensor didn't have as tight a Hysteresis factor and didn't respond as fast as the original exit sensor.
My second wife had a Hysteresis...didn't improve her moods one bit...

as shown in the photo. you need the fat rollers, not the skinny ones. whenever a finisher is installed, we generally throw out the skinny ones. guess i should probably hang onto one set just in case.

Try lower temperature, turn on decurl. Didn't help much.
    Any help?
It could also be a case of paper with moisture.
    I would try a different A4 package.

This may occur due to the following situations.

    Wet paper
    Paper quality
So it was cut on the reel at the factory.

+ 1 on this. Poor quality / damp paper or high humid environment is usually the cause.

Hi, I had this problem several times with MPC3002 - it was always the foam exit rollers.

Curling paper for the MP CXX04 is almost always having skinny exit rollers instead of the fat ones. What happens when someone wants a normal input tray vs bridge unit to a finisher

HOWEVER, this is NOT the case for the MP Cxx03 series, they do not have the option to replace the exit rollers like you can on the 04 series.

I second moisture in the paper, fuser failing, messing with temp settings to compensate for compatible toner, or what slim said.

I live in Texas and as soon as the new season hits with the humidity, almost on cue I get tons of calls from customers saying there paper is curling. Not much you can do if it is humidity related besides storing it correctly or installing tray heaters (i think thats a thing)
