A federal judge on Friday BLOCKED a Biden administration order mandating that federal employees be vaccinated against COVID-19.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown ruled against the Biden administration, arguing that President Joe Biden lacked authority

That, under the current state of the law as just recently expressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far,that Biden overstepped his authority as chief executive.

Looks like "No Jab, No Job" just fell flat on it's fuckin' face!

... before you get too excited a high % of Federal employees got vaccinated while this order was in effect. This single judge's opinion, a Trump appointee in Texas, does not preclude the US gov't from requiring proof of vaccination for any potential new employee hires. Nor does this single judge's opinion prevent the Federal from challenging the ruling in court.

... DND still requires all service members to get vaccinated.

... most US corporations now require proof of vaccination as a condition of employment regardless of what the Federal gov't does.

... you will have to cover a lot of miles to prove that President Biden is corrupt.

... a closer review of this Texas judge's ruling reveals that it is merely an injunction. A temporary restraining order.

... expect a counter injunction from a higher court authority next week.

It is very unlikely that one judge in Texas can overrule the President of the United States.

At a briefing Friday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said the White House was confident in its legal authority.
