Article 1 Abuse of Power: Is an "Impeachable Offense" but "not a crime" according to legal experts.

Article 2 Obstruction of Congress: Not all noncompliance with oversight is impeachable or even wrong. President Trump has asked the courts to determine if he and others actually have to comply with subpoenas, as others have done in the past per protocol. Sure it delays things, but in the end, it is the correct avenue to take. Asking the courts to verify if a subpoena holds any merit isn't "stonewalling", as the dems have said, but it does make the process take longer (which they don't want).

The absence of witnesses and documents ordinarily is held against the prosecution, not the defense, as it is the prosecutors’ burden to meet the standard of proof.

The President has asserted claims of privilege and immunity, which the House has decided not to litigate due to the significant delay that would likely entail. (Right here proves that the House has options to try to compel witnesses and acquire documents, but has gone ahead with their "Rush it Through" technique, and blatantly ignore that they have these other lawful options).

Inconsistent people with nothing hide always block and STONEWALL!! So bring on Trump witnesses? and Documents surely there be NOTHING to find! HA HAHAHAHAHAHA

He's merely been using the avenues afforded to him under the Constitution and options that have been used in the past (By Reps and dems). They wanted to play the game, and Trump stepped up to the plate, and said "Let's play Ball Then", now they realize this isn't the one-sided "shutout" they hoped it would be. Trump is hitting homers and the dems are fouling off into the stands behind them.

By that logic it would mean they are looking for something ordinary not something "out of the ordinary". Which is again, right up their alley! Let's look at all of the Normal/Ordinary things the President has done or is doing (that past presidents have also done), and make something out of nothing with it!
