You're a smart man. I started to bring this up. The USA is obese and unhealthy and Japan is fit and very healthy.

Obese people, drug addicts and cigarette smokers should be cut off from government healthcare unless they change their habits.

IMHO drug addicts that are on government aid should be drug tested and if positive have the aid cut... forever.

as far as for fat fucks.. smokers.. the made their bed .. either put the fork/ciggs down or pay a higher premium

it's less expensive to eat healthy than eating crap food. for a meal at McD's (average $7+ here) you can but enough healthy food for two days.

Most eat at fast food TWICE a day (breakfast/lunch) therefore you could buy REAL food to last FOUR DAYS.. but people aren't smart.. just lazy.

People from Japan eat more fish and veggies than beef or pork.. rice is the mainstay in their diets ... one bowl of rice n beans is the perfect protein meal. and for the most parts they don't eat fast food crap.

I run between 3-5 miles per day. Eat very healthy. Trust me when I tell you that fat people aren't eating veggies. They're eating a diet high in fat and sugar. I have no problem with that as long as they're prepared to do without government healthcare. Is that mean? LOL

ok I have a neighbor that lost their NCDL. She needs to get to work at McD's here in town. EVERY WEEK Day I drive her to work @ 0630. pick her up @ 1245. the same cars everyday... fat as fuck people driving/car pooling morning lunch time to McD's. I see those same fat fucks at the local IGA grocery store with a cart full of soda/chips/candy/cakes or heat n eat meals. NEVER EVER see lettuce/carrots/fruits/veggies in their cart. The bill is always in the 100's.. my cart is filled with meats..fresh fruits..veggies... 0 cookies/cakes etc.. I bake my own wheat bread for relative pennies.

One thing I have learned to do quite well is OBSERVE ....then remember .. hard to miss the same bernie bro in the same hoodie n dreads coming in to get his breakfast meal n double 1/4 cheese meal day in day out.

Fast foods tend to be high in calories, fat, salt and sugar, which -- when consumed in excess -- can be associated with obesity, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease, among other health risks.
On average, adults in the US consumed 11.3 percent of their total daily calories from fast food between 2007 and 2010, according to a National Center for Health Statistics data brief published in 2013.

Lots of pictures and videos of long lines of people not social distancing trying to get into a Trump rally. Many people brought their children with them. It is one thing to risk exposure to COVID-19 because of an adult's political belief, it could be perceived as irresponsible to put your children's health at risk for a concept they may not understand.
