It would not be hard for a Russian intelligence officer to hire several recently out of work copier technicians and offer them triple their last salary if they agree to work for the State.

Put these copier techs together with moderately skilled Russian social media officers and translators to create multiple personas with the intent to incite social unrest in the USA and around the world.
