Outside of Cloud Cuckoo Land where this author seems to reside, people, at least in England generally don't wear them if they can get away with it.

I am seeing more n more people in my area refusing the mask mandate that Gov Pooper made.. he doesn't even follow his mandate, he's been caught in public more often now without one... or without it being properly worn.

He also let his buddy that runs a huge bar near NCSU to remain open but closed down the small/private bars.
