There is a huge difference between Trump and Biden when it comes to classified documents. At the time the documents were boxed up for Trump he was still President and had the authority to declassify any document he wanted to take or his personal Presidential Library. On the other hand Biden was only Vice President and as such had zero authority to declassify or take documents.
