    A. Very Guilty (We're giving away too many of our secrets!)

    Q. Have you ever taken crap from a customer on behalf of your company, but defended your company when you wanted so bad to jump on the band wagon and agree with the customer? (So bad it almost hurt!)

      Q. Have you ever gone home for an extended 'quickie' with the missus at lunchtime? (And then made up your job times to hide it!)

                    Q. Have you ever charged a customer (on a service agreement) for a problem that was not their fault - to get out of a callback?

                          A. Guilty (Had a coolant hose break at the fire wall once and crawled under there to duct tape it till I got close to home. NOT a good experience.)

                          Q. Have you ever had a disagreement with a fellow employee at a customer site that either came close or turned into a physical altercation?

Have you ever turned up at a call and repaired the machine and only then realised that you are at the wrong customers. And they aren't even your customer!
