Does the black copy have the blanking on the lead edge? is the print solid black? any error codes? printing or copies only?
need more info-i would start with the corona assemblies, replace the wires, clean optics and white plate, ccd adjust in service mode.
If there is no lead edge blanking, i would look at the dev, process area for a foriegn object-i once had prints/copies in opposite relief thanks to a staple in the dev.

I've seen these symptoms with a paper clip stuck to the mag roller on the developing unit.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

yes there is a blank on the lead edge.no error code happened. and then when i turn off the machine and on again it says reset unit one or reset unit 2.

Might be a long shot-check the drawer connectors, in particuliar the machine side. Some times a small piece of paper can block the connectors causing all kinds of malfunctions. As far as your CQ issue, i would start with cleaning optics, white plate, change corona wires, perform necc service mode functions for a start.
