Canon have released an email stating that ver 17.07 (MN Controller version) for the iR-Adv C72xx/92xx has a number of defects and have reccomended that this version of the software is not to be used.

They are working on a new version and will be released soon.

Yes, with fax option installed with this machine's firmware you also encounter blank prints intermittently. Advise is to downgrade firmware.

With just 4 posts and no contributions to the board, it's doubtful you'll be getting it here.

I know i'm new in this Community and as a Copier Technician, and haven't proven my self yet... i'm still searching and looking around for a slot where I can fill in... Thanks anyway...

I understand your point. I know there's no such thing as free now specially if it's a hard thing to find. But with my current Salary and kind of Employer i'm in right now. There's not even a single chance that I can afford or pay for it.

Well, i'm just hoping and still hoping to find something that can help me solve this problem. Thanks anyway.

I'm a Computer Technician, and it's my first time to go abroad. And not so lucky enough, I'm now very much pressured in Repairing Photo Copiers which exactly, "NEW" to me. There's no computer here to repair, and i'm obliged to work on Copiers. Luckily, I found this interesting site... and now currently taking all my chances for someone who is willing enough to help me. Guys, I really need the current SST and Firmware of CanonIR2016... please help!!!

I'm hoping that in this so sudden change of course... I would be able to surpass all the challenges ahead of me. I'm willing and interested in learning about Photo Copier... and sooner or later, I'm hoping to return the favor. Wish me LUCK!!! THANKS!!!
