Can anybody help me get a Canon IR3520 SST, and tell me what is the process to setup a new HARD DISK. The existing one is broken and needs to be replaced. I dont't have any spare available in the country and need to do it myself.

Hi I've had same issue with a customer with iR2022 keeps dropping firmware and after paying canon tech to just reflash 3 times at $600 a pop (with travel) getting tired :/
So I am chasing the SST tool and ideally the firmware for iR2022...

Hi Guys yeah I have similar issue with a customers iR2022 Canon dropping its firmware for the 4th time now paid a Canon tech $600 a pop to come out and just reflash the firmware for them and getting little sick of paying out every 6 months for a USB job especially when we are Brother Repair agents ourselves :/
if I could get a link to the SST and perhaps the firmware for the iR2022 would be muchly appreciated

Currently installed BootRom 26.44N
But firmware is not N for now.
