It's no problem to sand sst but are you ever work with this program?You can make a lot of damage like other people after receive
sst true mail.

IR C3200 Power ON, only displey massage E602-0101 and E602-0007
I m teacher in school (math) and I know install (Windows and othere software on computer) and make netvork, etc...
We use ir c2620 as a walk-up copier and as a Network Printer. (how block color on this ir c2620 to copy only black, color is to much expensiv).

your E602 is a bad HDD so yes you will need the SST and firmware along with a HDD to install in the machine. It needs to be one that is compatible with Canon and not just any HDD from your local store. You can block the color, but we can worry about that after you get the unit up and running.

Knowledge and the will to learn is the first step , I can send u some information on the 3200, it is best to read and understand the workings of this printer.

You can start testing this 3200 HDD,
Have printer powered off
1.Hold down the 1 & 9 key, while still holding> down power up 3200
2.wait until u see the screen go into the download mode
3. u will see white blocks dropping on screen/ let go of the 1&9 key
4. wait about 30min. & see if it will complete this Defrag of the Hard Drive,
5. U may get lucky and have this fix your 602 issue.
6. If machine goes back to a 602 error code, u will have to buy or get a HDD somewhere.
