HDD IR C3200N

That HDD will have to be formated and wiped clean/of all it's HP information

U then need the SST / AND to load 3200 firmware in SST program.
then u put in the HDD in 3200/ then u need to use the 3200 firmware format file to format again.
then u will be able to load the 3200 firmware on it.

if all goes well-u may get lucky and have a copier

In list of supported HDD is model SEAGATE ST340014A , and I have SEAGATE ST340017A , what can I do ? Please help me

Give it a try, u still need the SST & FIRMWARE & A CROSSOVER CABLE

Crossover cable is used between 3200 & your laptop for SST Communication to get Firmware on HDD

Remember> It must be set for Master

And I have still got uv eraser and and a copier

You supply your own EPROMs

sst is not something we can freely give. Also the firmware file for the 2800/3300 is about 250Mb, not something you can easily send in an email.This is something that has to be downloaded.
