Hello,

I have a customer with an iR2016J, with ''Donwnload standby'' msg. A few years back it had the same thing and I had put the system back, but now I can't find those files. I'm not a Canon tech, as u can see from my post's but sometime's u have to do them all so please help. My adress is vlad.robas2gmail. com or PM.

u have received plenty of support in these forums/
just because someone didn't just jump up & send u firmware at a moments notice for your issue,
, a turn of the screw in the back was not needed here.

If I where to wait then I could wait long time because once the page is turned, there are plenty of people to ask here something, nowbody is going to look on a 4 day's old (not moment's) post and respond to it.

All u needed was to post a new subject line message\ word it properly , instead of a burry in an old post that has over 60 replys to various issues.

Want, want, want. Total of two posts and both were to ask for firmware. Until you've proven that you are here to give instead of take, your best bet to get firmware is to email Paul@ JustManuals.com and pay for the firmware.

I no longer provide that information. Maybe there are others that do. My versions are too old as I have not kept up on the new versions. I do not even have one anymore to share as I am not repairing copiers anymore only printers.
