I have a same problem with IR C2880i & IR C3580i.

RUI is not working, even though RUI is enabled.

All other machine's RUI is workng perfectly.

Hi!

I have a canon ir 3300 with damaged HDD, last version of SST and incomplete version of firmware for ir2200/ir3300 (only RUI and SYSTEM with different versions). I tryed to dowload available firmware into my ir3300 with SST, but i can not choose a language in process of dowloading firmware (there are nothing to choose in menu, they are blank). Hence the conclusion that I have incomplete firmware.

Can anyone send me firmware for ir3300 to e-mail (ietonespamer@gmail.com)?

Best to get a Manual & understand the product

U probably need a New HDD
U need to install SST on laptop\pc
U then need 2230 Firmware
Firmware needs to be registered into SST PROGRAM
U format the HDD using 2230 format file in it's firmware menu on SST
After format, u procede to load 2230 firmware into HDD
HDD must be inside Printer to format it.

If u have a progress bar issue on power up before e602 , I would remove bootroom--clean_reseat it, then try a power up.
