UST= User Support Tool

UST is included with the models Firmware / is is not a separate program.

Bootrom, DCON and Main controller is flashed through Canon User Support Tool (UST).
The Finisher controller PCB is flashed using Canon Service Support Tool (SST)

Hello all. I have all that i need to upgrade a machine, Canon C3480i, but it's been a while since i've used the SST. Last time was with a true parallel cable. What is the procedure to connect via network? Do i change the IP on my laptop or the Canon? The instructions from Canon are horrible.
Any help is much appreciated.
