Open front door and look below the control panel for a little hole. Use a paperclip to press the button in there to get into service mode. Go to *4* function, clear, err and press ok. This will reset the code.
Other things to check are the thermal fuse and lamps for continuity. It was rare but the connector in the back caused some intermittent codes. Most of the time I'd just reset the code and if it came back later replace the thermistor. -
I pretty much agree with DLP. After resetting the machine start it up with the door open and the switch actuated. Watch the lamps and see if they light up. If they do they have continuity and power. Just be sure they both light up, sometimes only one lights and it looks like both. Those rear connectors sometimes need to be shimmed out for better contact. I would also do a visual exam on the contacts inside the rear connectors (both frame and fuser side) and make sure the copper tabs are not broken. Otherwise, resetting and seeing if it runs is always an easy step. If it starts up and doesn't code out you should be good to go. If it comes back in a day or so replace the thermistors as DLP said.Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.Comment

Along the same lines as 20yrs, I have seen oil vapor from the web cause arcing at the contacts of the modular connectors. If you have caught it early you may be able to flush out the connectors with electrokleen. If you detect any burned contacts or melting of the connector you'll have to replace both halves of the connector. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
