Burrs on the Lower left door= red arrow/or incorrect pressure to idlers on the door may cause this effect.

Troubleshoot this. This is a simple machine. Run a couple of copies, jam the machine. This machine always had somewhat issues with its delivery area. Something gots to be deformed. This is a simple machine, don't let it beat you up. Step away and come back to it.
Good luck.Comment

Are you sure the fold is happening in the Left Hand Door/Delivery Area? The Separation Claws at the exit of Fixing Assembly do get dirty/damaged can cause this and also Lower Fixing Roller is notorious for dog earing pages. Back to the door area, I have had a couple where I ended up replacing the whole Door as an assembly for jamming. Eventually that door gets so warped it doesn't even line up with the paper path anymore. However, its not something you can see. Check the rubber delivery roller that is visible while the left door is closed from the outside that there are no tires on the shaft that are melted or torn off shaft. Good luck. Post results. The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
