i am from my country. this is the one and only my topic.
there is no matter. same complaint face another man another country.
so those are not one. those are different.....

thank you for replys...

finally i recently main scan unit replaced...

and changed various drums and toners also...

copier problem is same....
and
devolping assembly in right side door black sponze roller also replaced to another mechine its works fine....

so????

Hi..
One ir4570 recently i have to make copies it will comes upside very lightly..
I have to change some parts for better results.
That parts are..
1.new drum and charging roller
2.cd-rot unit toner fully cleaned with blower changed with new toner.
3.new fuser film .
4.laser dust glass clean with smooth cotton.

But no result..???

I can make prints and scan it will comes very clearly..
But only copies are very lightly on upside only..

How to make changes for beeter result for as it is copy...??
I can upload images for checking variation difference.

try to check more thoroughly first with the roll pressure, as well as in parts of its bearings.
it sometimes happens because the roll-suppressing its poor condition, resulting inbleeding at the time of heating at the side edge

i can also pressure roller adjusted wherever copy light is ....

and new film replaced also... result is same ....

i think this problem appears only copy and print...

when make scan to computer it will fine ....no big difference is there whenever do this..

so what's next????
