    Canon Ir3300 (smudge copies)

    hi,
I am getting smudge 2" copies as attached, any help or input would be appreciated.
smudge mark appears when copying from any paper feed drawers, bypass, platen glass, ADF and report print network.

changed dev unit, checked fuser, transfer roller & new drum.

    Thank you..

I think It is a fuser related. If your fixing film is not rotating properly, you will face this kind of problem.

Any time you can stop the image before fixing and inspect If you have a fuser issue.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Replaced transfer roller, seems to have cured the fault for now.
