Need to install a Movie Data File for the Konica Minolta bizhub C224 and bizhub 363. We delivered these two machines this week but unfortunately we don't have these downloads. New to all this and have had to replace the HDD in my c224 but is the movie data meant to be an .exe file?

It's an .exe that extracts into a .tar file

I noticed upon trying to install the movie data file, nothing shows on the right of C224 to make the start button blue. I think it did not detect my USB drive. BTW, I am using 32GB USB with FAT32 format.

Hoping for your assistance.

It's ok now, I managed to extract the file to get the .TAR file to USB's root directory.

NO need to pay for it. Just ask and someone here or myself will be glad to send it to you. I don't believe in paying for firmware or manuals.
