i early bay ibizhub 920 pro and i contacted one problem and i didn't resourd it.he give me a copy very unclear on A4 and little clear on A3.i try with all piece :cylindre,coron,developor , tonner ;in system but i don't arrived to a solution ...... please if there a possibility please help me.....i waiting for the answer

Hi,
Are you referring to copying off the glass or printing via PC?
If copying I would start by cleaning your optics. When the mirrors get dusty it lightens the image. It performs a white refernce check when it is powered on to adjust this.
If printing is the issue and you have confirmed the image is light on the drum then the suggestions from the previous post need to be checked.Comment

i'm printing via pc it's the same copy.and i changed the drum the developement but i don't get the clear copy ..... i think the problem is coming in system or cards electrinics ..Comment

sounds just out of focus, have you cleaned the dust proof glass above the drum in the main body?
also maybe the printhead bumped out of position in its travel to you.you may want to take off the side panels and reseat the printheadWe know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

A sample of your problem would be very helpful. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
