Is that tool only for c224 and not c224e. KM tech support never mentioned a reset tool when i gad trouble

Hola fijate que tengo el mismo problema, tengo bloqueado EL SERVICE MODE, pero tambien tengo un CE04, pero no tengo el reset tool para reiniciar... tu tienes este software?? que me puedas apoyar, es que tengo 2 meses intentando con esta maqina pero tenia otros errores y no puedo sacar el codigo Token para que KM me de el otro codigo para reiniciarla.

Espero tu ayuda

I have several problems with the 224e
1) CE004
2) I have Locked the Service Mode
3) I try to update the Firmware but I do not recognize the usb ... it says:
External memory information This function is not available
I already localize how to remove the CE004, but I can not enter the SM


I need to know how to unlock the SM and try with 92729272/001001/00000000/22222222 / none works I see a code to restart as the image but when I enter KM license I ask for token code, and as you know I have everything blocked and I can not remove it.

none of those are the SM password.

1)The default password is 927292792729272.try to acces service mode by starting the machine holding the yellow(reset) button for 10-15 seconds -> then press stop+00+stop+01 -> insert the 9272.. password
2)format fat32 usb drive

Hello friend, thank you for your interest but I am a new technician and I am working KM now and if you read my post I wrote the steps and attempts that I made to reestablish the SM.


So if you have other contributions are welcome

Thanks for your help but unfortunately I do not read the .tar file only the external memory message appears-Function not available and also already enter the password that you wrote to me and it does not work for that reason in the image you can see that it asks for a code .. .that I can not extract from the print either. I do not know what else to do...

where on the machine are you plugging the usb stick?
