    paper jam in biz 361

    When making one sided copies is ok. when make 2 sided but one copy is ok. When making multiple 2 sided copies usually paper jam occurs. Sometimew, very seldom, is ok. But usually paper jam occurs.
    One paper in the machine is just before the exit and the other paper is at duplex , at the back side. I suspect sensor . Any idea?

      clutches. im not working on KM anymore so I dont know part numbers, but i know it's clutches

          Jam codes? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                          4th vote for clutches, also duplex drive gear will sometimes break a tooth and give you problems.

                                  There is huge distance between Rixoh and KM manuals. I mean is too easy to read Ricoh manuals and much more difficult for KM.

                                      With KonMin service manuals just click on the "Troubleshooting" tab and all the jam and error codes are listed there. Easy peasy.
