Hi all, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Customer has an Olivetti MF-222 / Ineo +224 which halfway through printing a large job decided to print blank pages. Using same PC, printing a PDF, no change of driver. This has happened not long ago and I replaced the high voltage board which solved the problem. I believe it not to be the HVB this time as it is producing gradation patterns no problem in service mode. Any ideas anybody would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

Yes. In service mode have been able to print lattice patterns and gradations no problem. Has to be printer side as copying is functional also. Tried different documents also. Same result. Ill move machine to a different PC in the morning to eliminate that angle. Thanks for reply.Comment

Sounds like a corrupt driver.
Just plug in another laptop direct, rule out the network etc.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

might need to ck or change the network speed. seen strange thing happen because of this. might need to set to 10/100/1000 (1 Gig)Comment
