    bizhub 750 smudging

    2017-09-19 12.30.02.jpgbizhub 750 has small fairly light smudge in same place every 6th sheet of 11x17. ???

      yes images needed... what has been done to it? did you pull all consumables and parts.. and clean the internals?

        A 250K PM was done 64,995 prints ago with all related parts cleaned.

          check: Developer Unit, or Fusing unit.

            These machines are well known for dumping toner. There wouldn't by any chance be a large pile of toner in the separation transfer unit? =^..^=
            If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              looks like a drum or blade problem. check cl unit for backup as well. if its a non oem they last less. same with pm kit blades. also check the erase by the charge. i dont think its fuser. click on his picture in the message to see the issue

                Every 6th page don't make sense. Any internal parts, i.e. drum, fuser, etc causing smudges or marks would be every other page or at most every 3rd sheet. Something don't add up?
