robots are packaging robots. I need to reset because the machine counts must start in step with the robot counts. For this to do some tests I studied the Konica 4 series for their reliability and to change the copier I would have to redo all the projects from scratch.
other photocopiers it is very easy to start the counts from 0

do the reset I need on these two photocopiers to do the tests of the operation and no fraud is enough.

Are you saying that the logic you incorporated into your robotic packaging system needs output from copier as count 0 ?
Why can't you just use the standard counter system that was developed by the manufacturer specifically for this reason, where you can reset the count at which ever point you want! No need to fuck with FW or SSD or eMMC's.

Counter is 0 because it is a hiring machine. Easier to bill.
