No need to replace the plastic. They will work fine with the end trimmed off. Konica upgraded this exit guide in later later revisions.Leave a comment:

Re: Trouble shooting - fs532 j-7229
I have same jam J 7229 today, on km 950 with FS-532 finisher. I see that paper hit the black plastic on exit. To solve problem on quickly i cut that plastic. I will put new plastic but it works withoutScreenshot_20210914_190118.jpgLeave a comment:

Re: Trouble shooting - fs532 j-7229
I am Korea Republican.
Sample handwriting is Hangul.
The handwriting is in Korean language, and painting the sensor sensor with a black oil pen means that the symptoms will be solved.
It is a translation of Korean language into English into Google Translator. Thank you.Leave a comment:

Re: Trouble shooting - fs532 j-7229
☆ Trouble shooting ☆
※ Symptom - Intermittent finisher JAM (J-7229) occurred
※ Model with FS-532 Finisher
KM bizhub PRO 951 PRESS 1052,1250
※ Cause - Finisher exit sensor JAM occurs when the paper badge can not be detected due to contamination of the light receiving part.
※ How to handle - After cleaning the part appearing like a black non-woven fabric under the exit sensor of the finisher (responsible for the exit sensor sensor), solve the symptoms.
☆ ☆ If you continue to clean the light-receiving part, J-7229 symptoms will not be treated even if you clean it later.
Applying the light-receiving part with black oil magic will make it completely processed.
Or replace the non-woven material parts of the light receiving part.Leave a comment:
