※ Cause - Finisher exit sensor JAM occurs when the paper badge can not be detected due to contamination of the light receiving part.
※ How to handle - After cleaning the part appearing like a black non-woven fabric under the exit sensor of the finisher (responsible for the exit sensor sensor), solve the symptoms.
☆ ☆ If you continue to clean the light-receiving part, J-7229 symptoms will not be treated even if you clean it later.
Applying the light-receiving part with black oil magic will make it completely processed.
Or replace the non-woven material parts of the light receiving part.

Thank You .... this tip got me right to the problem, spot on!!

No need to replace the plastic. They will work fine with the end trimmed off. Konica upgraded this exit guide in later later revisions.

    Thank You Sir.
    I am Korea Republican.

    Sample handwriting is Hangul.

The handwriting is in Korean language, and painting the sensor sensor with a black oil pen means that the symptoms will be solved.

It is a translation of Korean language into English into Google Translator. Thank you.
