UNLESS you are talking about your English.

33? still a kid compared to most of us here.

Synth was talking about being a CONTRIBUTOR to CTN.... to obtain the files you request.

use a 4 gig or smaller flash drive formatted fat32
on the 4 series you put all the folder contents in the root.
            get g20-m1 firmware.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
            The medication helps though...

              Thanks a lot, Synthohol
I have updated the firmware to G20-M1, by a 4GB USB drive.

Another question is: for this C364e is there a function with wifi mode? or just LAN access?
              becoz if can't find the"
              Network I/F Configuration
              " to config the machine.

wifi is a kit sold separately
if the copier is on the wired network and the wireless is on the same subnet as the wired network then you can print and scan wireless for free.

Hi, the kit to assemble is UK-208. More information you may need in Service Mode> 2nd Network Setting

If you don't have it, it's not strictly necessary. If the network is the same, you can safely use your router wireless. You could also use a wireless repeater with a LAN port that costs around $ 30 on Amazon. The wireless module costs a lot, only in rare cases it has been useful. Especially if you need to configure two networks for the same printer.

Thank you, I enter the service mode and activated the "LAN and wireless" mode.

But there is a "internal error", system reboot several times, then shown "C- D262"

what is that means?? how to solve?

it means you dont have one installed.
deactivate it and do some more research on the topography of the environment.

                          Thank you both of you!!

I can print through wifi now.
It seems that I can't use smart-phone or pad to do so that I want it most, because of no module inside the machine..........

                              I hv tried it already,
but it is not worked in this C364e(can't be searched by IP or AUTO), but my another printer C458e did.
So I guess, my phone can't print through the APP by using my C364e without wireless module..
