I have tried it this morning... same issue occured.

I removed the SSD from the machine and inserted it into same machine.

1. I realised that there is no English Language in the list of languages at the Utility settings.
2. No password is working for Tech Mode

I have been able to bypass D390 by God's Grace.

I have tried changing the language using Tech mode and Utility settings but there is no English Language in the options.

Please I have already done this as in the Service Manual, yet language still remains in Japanese.

Would be glad if you could send me Movie data.

At the utility level, ENGLISH LANGUAGE is taken out of the list of languages....that's the issue.

at the Tech mode I have selected the languages as stated in the manual yet the language still remains JAPANESE.

At long last... my Konica Minolta c454e is working normally by God's Grace.

I re-applied the firmware and the language has reset to English.
