As far as I know there are 3 ways to get it:

• Konica only seems to give them out if you call support and convince them you need it.
• Become a site contributor and convince someone here that you need it.

At long last... my Konica Minolta c454e is working normally by God's Grace.

I re-applied the firmware and the language has reset to English.

At the utility level, ENGLISH LANGUAGE is taken out of the list of languages....that's the issue.

at the Tech mode I have selected the languages as stated in the manual yet the language still remains JAPANESE.
